Dear Mr. Pope,
"We would like to extend our sincere thanks to you and your
staff for the very professional service we received during the death
and funeral of our brother. From the initial telephone conversation
with you and up until the repast, our needs were considered and
attended to in a kind, caring and compassionate way.
Your facility is exceptionally well designed and well maintained.
Your staff are true representatives of the type of quality customer
service that you can be proud of. Mr. Keith Savage immediately made
us feel at ease, explained all fees and services, and took as much
time as we needed to make sure that we were comfortable with our
decisions. Mr. Charles Young treated us with the utmost kindness,
professionalism and consideration. Mr. Taft Moye also made sure
that everything was to our satisfaction.
Although this was a trying time for our family, you and your staff
helped to ease some of the associated stress. We appreciate your
fine service and will keep your company in mind if the need arises
in the future."
Sincerely,
The Young Family

Dear Pope Funeral Home Staff,
"Words cannot express the thoughtfulness that our family
received from your funeral home management and staff during the
death of our beloved daughter, sister and loved one.
We just wanted to express our gratitude on a job well done. Everything
was handled so professionally, and in a timely manner, that we did
not have to make any changes on anything that your staff had done.
Our daughter was beautiful—she was beautiful anyway—and
she was a sick young lady. Your staff made her look like she had
not been sick at all!
Pope Funeral Home will always receive our business. So many thanks
to you and your staff. May God continue to bless each of you."
Sincerely,
The Rowe Family
